Update: Firkin and...

Got an email back from the local district manager who claims to have been on vacation. He says he made a copy of the email and is taking it personally to the local franchise owner.

His email was very courteous which was nice, and paints a picture of the mice playing while the cat was away.

Shall see what happens/if anything. Remember, I am not asking for a refund of any sort. I am merely hoping that nobody else has the same experience that my family had.

  1. I had a similar experience at Logan's Roadhouse across the street in April 2008! I took my mom in at 2:00 p.m for lunch and it took them 1.5 hours to serve our food with 20 people in the building! I have not returned there since!
